Delete your account and data

Native account

Use Delete account in the native account/settings screen. The app verifies your session before submitting deletion. If you cannot access it, email privacy@theplain.works from your account email, or use the support form with category Privacy and subject “Account deletion”. We verify account ownership before removing account data. Do not send a password.

Local manual pages

Use the native local-data control to remove on-device pages. Account deletion does not erase files you exported or every local copy. This web sample has no account: clear this site’s browser data to remove its saved instruction.

Subscriptions and retained records

Account deletion does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel through the applicable store. Records needed for security, unresolved disputes or statutory obligations may be retained for their required purpose.
