Effective September 22, 2026. These terms govern use of OwnMode services provided by The Plain Works.
Product scope
OwnMode provides tools for planning and carrying out repeated, goal-directed activity. It does not guarantee employment, performance, clinical, financial, or other real-world outcomes and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account activity and the information you enter. Do not use OwnMode for unlawful activity, unsafe instructions, diagnosis or treatment, concealed assistance during assessments, abuse of another person's rights, or interference with the service.
Subscriptions
Paid access renews according to the price and period shown by the App Store or Google Play unless canceled through that store. Store-specific purchase, refund, renewal, and introductory-offer terms apply. Deleting an OwnMode account does not cancel a store subscription.
Your content and service changes
You retain rights to information you provide. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate OwnMode. Features may change as the service develops; material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by use outside the documented product scope or by events outside our reasonable control.
