Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026. This policy explains how The Plain Works handles information for OwnMode.
Information OwnMode handles
OwnMode may store your account details, Systems, schedules, session history, observations you choose to record, entitlement status, support requests, and device delivery tokens. Store purchase providers also process transaction and subscription information under their own policies.
How information is used
We use this information to operate synchronization, reminders, session recovery, account support, subscription access, security controls, and product reliability. Product analytics is configured to exclude private session entries, reflections, recordings, and imported documents.
Service providers
OwnMode uses Supabase for account and application data, Vercel for the web service, Expo for mobile delivery, PostHog for limited product analytics, RevenueCat and the applicable app store for purchases, Upstash for request limits, and Resend for support email when configured. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service.
Your controls
You can correct or delete account information and revoke device permissions. Deleting an OwnMode account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
